Congratulations Soldier. Hi Battlefield Player, As one of our valued and trusted Battlefield players, we are happy to invite you to participate in the Battlefield 3 Alpha Trial. All the instructions you need to join are printed below. We are inviting you specifically because we think you have a great interest in the Battlefield series, and because we think you understand the technical issues that might arise this early in a game's development cycle. The purpose of the Battlefield 3 Alpha Trial is to do a number of server-related tests in preparation for game launch, including load testing our back-end. We are also looking to you to provide us with any feedback on the entire Alpha Trial experience. Please note that this is not the Open Beta due in September, it's not the Beta promised to buyers of Medal of Honor: Limited Edition and this is not a public demo. This is a highly tech-focused Alpha Trial that does not represent final quality of the game. Performance at this early stage of development will potentially be choppy and far from optimal, and we will bring the servers down at our leisure if needed. There will be periods of downtime and periods when we run tests that will negatively affect the performance on the Alpha Trial servers (leading to lag and rubber banding, etc.). The available slots are limited, so make sure to redeem your unique Alpha Trial code before they run out (see instructions below). Start Origin, and click on the "gear" icon on the main page directly to the left of your Origin name. Select "Redeem Product Code." Enter the 20 digit Code shown above, exactly as it appears, and hit continue. Click on "My Games" in Origin, and download the client. If the client doesn't appear right away, select the "gear" icon and select "Refresh My Games." Download, then launch the game through either Origin or by going directly to Battlelog. É a mesma coisa que dar uma "amostra gratis para teste de prova" nao eh redundancia nao. existem varios softwares em versao beta ou alpha ja aberta pra usar sem restricoes, nao sendo trial. e existem softwares terminados (nao sendo alpha, trial) com restricao de tempo ou fase, sendo demo / trial, etc. honestamente? se eh beta, alpha, omega, gama, pi, trial, demo, nao me interessa. me interessa que ta ae pra jogar!!! =D Compartilhe esta postagem Link to post Share on other sites

The words "free trial" or "trial version" are indicative of shareware. Esses 2 trechos entram em conflito, nem é o caso de redundância mesmo, e o que a EA tá tentando fazer com esse primeiro beta é só hype pra gerar pré-orders. Dúvido que haja intuito de testes nesse evento ... nada que a própria equipe do studio pudesse simular. E lembrem-se que o ciclo de lançamento da série BF sempre foi no inicio do ano, como jogaram o lançamento pra junto do COD talvez eles estejam enxergando um "vazio" que eles imaginam ser preenchido por esse beta. E que fique claro também, gosto mais de BF do que COD. Mas não gosto da Eletronic Arts e das mudanças que ela enfia goela abaixo na indústria, Online Pass já foi uma merda, agora se todo jogo vier com "Alpha Trial", depois "Beta Test" e enfim o lançamento, vai ser uma bagunça ... daà eles começam a cobrar pra organizar a putaria. lBaRbArOl 15 Postado Julho 25, 2011 Fase beta dos jogos, ainda mais quando lança uma Beta MP eh para Teste de estress dos servidores... Claro q acaba corrigindo alguns bugs, como teve no Uncharted 3 Mas eh mais para teste de estress. Saber se realmente comporta X pessoas sem lag e com estabilidade dos servidores... No BC2, no inÃcio, os servidores eram 1 LIXO MUITO GRANDE.. tive amigos q curtia muito BC2 e venderam o jogo, pq nao conseguiam jogar, nem andar se quer no jogo... warp etc...
