Nurse Love Addiction traz algo inédito ao mercado de jogos Ocidental. Conhecido no Japão como “Yuri”, esse é um gênero que retrata histórias de romance entre garotas, em que o jogador controla uma protagonista e acaba se envolvendo afetivamente com outras personagens da trama. Pela primeira vez é lançado um jogo desse tipo para o mercado de consoles Ocidental, sendo este mais um exclusivo do PlayStation Vita, desenvolvido pela Kogado Studio e distribuído pela Degica.

 

Em Nurse Love Addiction, o jogador acompanha a história de Asuka, uma colegial atrapalhada e desleixada que acaba de se formar e decide entrar na escola de enfermagem para se tornar uma enfermeira, tudo por conta de um livro que ela guarda desde a infância, em que escreveu na última folha que quando crescesse, iria se tornar uma enfermeira!

 

Como mencionado, o jogo faz parte do gênero “Yuri”, logo, Asuka acaba encontrando durante a sua jornada novas amigas, que se tornam potenciais pares românticos. O curioso é que no mundo de Nurse Love Addiction, não existem personagens masculinos e nem mesmo se faz referência a qualquer homem, o que dá a entender como se todo mundo fosse mulher, assim tratando o romance entre duas garotas de forma bastante natural.

Sendo uma visual novel, espere uma experiência próxima a um livro. A história é toda contada por diálogos entre as personagens e até mesmo monólogos da protagonista, com algumas escolhas que irão decidir com quais das personagens você irá se aproximar. O jogo é inteiramente dublado em japonês e legendado em inglês.

 

Um dos pontos mais chamativos de Nurse Love Addiction é a arte, que brilha na tela do pequeno portátil. As personagens são bastante marcantes, com traços tanto na arte quanto em suas personalidades bem distintos. Algo bastante curioso do jogo é que apenas algumas personagens aparecem de fato na tela durante o jogo, com o restante do elenco servindo apenas como coadjuvantes na história, ajudando a fixar a atenção do jogador na meia dúzia de personagens que compõem a trama.
