Eu realmente acho que em caso de (premios/sorteio/doação/etc...) a regra de participação deveria ser mais rígida.

 

Nunca vi tanto usuário com 1ª post em um único tópico...Mesmo com cadastro antigo.

 

E como já disseram, dúvido muito que esses usuários passem a ser ativos no fórum, a não ser em novos tópicos de interesse próprio.

Concordo... este tipo de "premiação" tem que ser um incentivo.

Talvez, se colocar uma quantidade mínima de posts, pode incentivar a participar mais e serem mais ativos, é só uma ideia...
